Cats Pajamas Cattery, its agents and employees agree to exercise due and reasonable care of your cat, and to provide your cat with safe quarters and to properly feed and care for your cat.

All cats are boarded and otherwise handled or cared for by us without liability on our part for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons or other animals, or other unavoidable causes; due diligence and care having been exercised.

If your cat's health demands quick attention, Cats Pajamas Cattery & its agents are authorized to have a veterinarian look at and treat the cat for the health problem. Such expenses shall be charged to the owner's credit card.

I hereby acknowledge that I have read all of the above and agree as owner or agent of the owner of the cat to the foregoing. I also understand and agree that all outstanding charges are due and payable upon collection of cat, or on a monthly basis, or as agreed.
